I just read a news item today where real estate developer Megaworld Corporation is investing P1.5 billion ($31.2 million) to finish the construction of the 27-storey Global One Center by early 2009.

Real estate developments and IT
As the Philippines outsourcing sector grows and more destinations vying for investors, the real estate sector seems to be slow in catching up. I tackled this in my column today.
